Last year Sherry spoke about life after her NDE & meeting the spirit of Mildred Lachman & how Mildred made her life more fun filled and easier. The subject of the Forum in March will be the NDE, what it was like to die & come back to earth. Everyone who dies comes back with brain damage, the severity depending on how long one is dead, but God also sends them back with at least one spiritual gift. Dear Joyce,
I am sorry that you felt this way about the lecture. Many of the speakers are not professional speakers and the primary requirement is that it is supposed to have something to do with Edgar Cayce. I do agree that the topic did go in many different directions but please do not condemn the ARE for the presentation as they have nothing to do with the E.C. forum they just let us use the building. Additionally, please attempt to give the Forum an open minded approach also and take the interesting applicable information and leave the rest. The primary reason that I ask this is that because the speakers are not paid we do not have as much control of them as we might like. Our only recourse is to consider not having them speak again and at times it is difficult to find people who want to do free presentations and have a variety of subjects because the Forum has now put on hundreds of lectures over the last 24 years. We do try to keep having great speakers and interesting topics and an enjoyable evening for everyone but it is sometimes a daunting task and we welcome help from anyone that can help us make the program better. Unfortunately, many months it is 85% mama and me and she keeps saying that it is getting to be to much work at her age(now past her mid 70’s).
I do appreciate your honesty however, unfortunate as it may be I am not sure that there is anything that I can do to make you feel better.
