Hi Hanna,
I agree in part—I think that we need to focus on our spiritual life but according to Cayce the physical is the manifestation of the spirit mind body thing. So our testing ground and where we live out karma and grace is in the physical. If we can focus on the correct spiritual aspects and guidance than we can hopefully break through some of the patterns that we have created through lifetimes of repeating many of the same mistakes.
